This has got to be one of the best 9-5 gigs out there, right? Since 2013, I have spent my days stressing over minifigure positions, logo placement, and questioning how many explosions can we really put on a box?
Of course the pressure to continue the success that this well-respected brand has achieved over the years is real, but it’s worth it to see how kids (and plenty of adults) all over the world truly enjoy the work that we put out.
